Gov. Josh Shapiro sparked 2028 presidential speculation when he declined to commit to serving out his four-year term if re-elected to the Pennsylvania statehouse this year.
Shapiro got the question during a debate this week with his GOP gubernatorial opponent, state treasurer Stacy Garrity, according to WABC27 television in Harrisburg.
